Parklands Care Homes is a multi award winning care company that has provided high quality care across the north of Scotland for more than 30 years. It has 13 care homes across the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire, with a number of new care facilities planned in the coming years as part of a multi-million pound investment plan.
Parklands homes offer a range of services including residential, nursing, dementia, respite, assisted living care and palliative care. Care needs are always tailored to the individual. We see our residents and staff as part of the Parklands 'family.' Our friendly and compassionate staff members consistently go above and beyond to ensure that residents enjoy their stay at Parklands and live happy, fulfilled lives.
Founded in 1993 by Ron Taylor, Parklands Care Homes has grown from a single care home in Buckie into one of the leading independent care providers in the north of Scotland.
Today, Parklands operates 13 care homes across the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire, employing around 1,000 colleagues and caring for more than 500 residents. As part of Myriad Group, Parklands continues to build on the values established more than 30 years ago, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in communities across the north of Scotland.
Parklands’ values inform the way we deliver individual quality care, recognise and reward our people and engage with our communities.
People are our passion at Parklands. We've been inspiring people who care for over 30 years. With over 900 employees, we're one of the largest private sector employers in the region and we're expanding. We have career opportunities across the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire, with a diverse range of roles on offer including management, nursing, care and ancillary support.
