Parklands Care Homes has been a trusted provider of care for older people in the north of Scotland since 1993. Today, our 13 care homes across the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire are welcoming places where residents are supported to live with independence and dignity.
We provide residential, nursing, dementia, respite and palliative care, shaped around each person’s individual needs and preferences. We take time to get to know our residents, understand what matters to them and help them make the most of everyday life.
Founded in 1993, Parklands Care Homes has grown from a single care home in Buckie into one of the leading care providers in the north of Scotland.
Today, Parklands operates 13 care homes across the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire, employing around 1,000 colleagues and caring for more than 500 residents. As part of Myriad Group, Parklands continues to build on the values established more than 30 years ago, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in communities across the north of Scotland.
Choosing the right care is an important decision. Parklands is a trusted, award-winning care provider with more than 30 years’ experience and a strong record of high standards across our homes.
Whether you’re looking for residential, nursing, dementia, respite or palliative care, our teams can help you find the care and support that’s right for you.
Great care depends on great people. Across Parklands, around 1,000 colleagues work together to support residents and families every day. We invest in our people, helping them develop their skills and build rewarding careers while delivering the high standards of care our residents deserve.

Life at Parklands is shaped around the people who live in our homes. Our wellbeing programmes include exercise, arts and creativity, music, reminiscence, outings and community activities, alongside opportunities to continue favourite interests and try something new.
It’s all about helping residents stay active, connected and engaged, and enjoy the things that matter to them.
Our homes are part of the communities around them. Residents enjoy strong connections with local schools, nurseries, community groups and charities, with regular opportunities to take part in events and activities beyond our homes.
These connections bring generations together, create new friendships and help residents remain connected to the places and people around them.
For more than 30 years, our values have shaped the way we care for residents, support our colleagues and work together.
