Opened in 2018, Lynemore is the largest care home in Grantown and expectations are rightly high. The independent Care Inspectorate has rated Lynemore grade 5 (very good) for providing care with compassion, dignity and respect, and for ensuring residents get the most out of life. With a busy programme of meaningful indoor and outdoor activities, we have created a vibrant and engaging home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a dedicated care team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure the delivery of person-centred care, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community, promoting an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior nursing or managerial role within the care sector, with a comprehensive understanding of care home operations and relevant regulations.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
• Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team.
• Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling meaningful connections with residents, families, and stakeholders.
