Are you a dedicated and passionate care professional seeking an extraordinary opportunity to lead a highly committed team in an exceptional setting? Lynemore Care Home is currently seeking a dynamic Care Home Manager to embrace the challenge of delivering the highest standards of care in Grantown.

Opened in 2018, Lynemore is the largest care home in Grantown and expectations are rightly high. The independent Care Inspectorate has rated Lynemore grade 5 (very good) for providing care with compassion, dignity and respect, and for ensuring residents get the most out of life.  With a busy programme of meaningful indoor and outdoor activities, we have created a vibrant and engaging home environment.

Boasting a contemporary design that sets the benchmark for excellence in care facilities, Lynemore has also been rated grade 5 (very good) for the quality of its setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a dedicated care team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure the delivery of person-centred care, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community, promoting an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Proven experience in a senior nursing or managerial role within the care sector, with a comprehensive understanding of care home operations and relevant regulations.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
• Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team.
• Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling meaningful connections with residents, families, and stakeholders.
