As a Human Resources Administrator, you will work with our Human Resources team to complete administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment. You will gain a solid understanding of people related processes, allowing this to be a great first step into a career in Human Resources.

You will have the chance to contribute to our mission by ensuring the essential people operations of our care homes run smoothly and your work will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of care we are proud to provide.

The Role...

  • Working closely with the HR team to facilitate people-related initiatives.
  • Managing vacancies and advertising new job opportunities.
  • Reviewing applications from our recruitment inbox and coordinating interviews with our managers.
  • Supporting the international recruitment process, ensuring compliance with worker visas and right-to-work requirements.
  • Coordinating with managers to maintain compliance with staff training.
  • Taking minutes at interviews and formal meetings.
  • Collating and monitoring sickness records as required.
  • Scheduling workplace meetings to accommodate various working patterns.
  • Drafting formal letters and documents.

This is a part-time role, with standard hours of between 20 to 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday); we are open to flexibility for the right candidate.
