Parklands Care Homes is a residential care services provider based in Scotland. For relatives, we maintain a database of names, email addresses and telephone numbers so that we can keep in regular contact. We may use this information toprovide updates about our services and events or to respond to any queries or concerns.

We produce a regular newsletter that relatives, stakeholders and interested members of the public can subscribe to. To receive this newsletter, we only require a name and email address, which we use solely for the purpose of distributing the newsletter. Readers can unsubscribe at any time, should they wish.

Our website includes a chatbot which collects information from potential residents and their loved ones. This information will only be used to respond to queries or provide information about our services.
