Care Home Manager (Eilean Dubh)

Annual Salary: Base Salary of £60,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme – up to £20,000 per annum 

We are looking for a Care Home Manager who has proven experience in a senior nursing or health and social care managerial role within the adult care sector, and is dedicated to making every moment count.

As a Care Home Manager, you will need to be adaptable and work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with your team, are essential. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the care home, managing staff, ensuring high-quality care for residents, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards to meet the needs of those in your care.

The Role...

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated care team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community, promoting an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing or managerial role within the care sector, with a comprehensive understanding of care home operations and relevant regulations.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team.
  • Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling meaningful connections with residents, families, and stakeholders.
