Our experienced team works closely with residents and their families to provide personalised care that reflects individual needs and preferences. The Care Inspectorate found that care staff treated residents with compassion, dignity and respect, highlighting the positive relationships between residents and the team.

Pittyvaich's spacious en-suite bedrooms offer residents privacy, comfort and a place to call their own. Each room is designed to provide a relaxing and homely environment, with plenty of space for personal belongings.
Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms with photographs, ornaments and familiar possessions, helping them feel settled and surrounded by the things that matter to them.
Inspired by nature
The design of Pittyvaich draws inspiration from its natural surroundings, with soft colours, plenty of natural light and thoughtfully designed spaces creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Residents can enjoy comfortable lounges, a café area and hair salon, while the landscaped gardens provide opportunities to relax outdoors or spend time with visiting family and friends.
A warm and welcoming home
At Pittyvaich, care is shaped around each individual, with residents supported to live their day in a way that suits them. Daily life is varied and engaging, with activities shaped around residents’ interests, helping people maintain their independence and a strong sense of identity.
The Care Inspectorate describes the home as having a “relaxed and warm atmosphere”.

Meet our Manager: Jackie Macrae
Jackie Macrae has more than 20 years’ experience in health and social care, having worked as a nurse, deputy manager, care home manager and area manager. Having previously worked for Parklands, she brings extensive experience in care delivery and leadership to her role as Manager of Pittyvaich.
